I had a great experience with customer service

Everyone was helpful

Everytime I have had to call, they have always been super helpful and efficient.

It was odd. It felt like caging. The language and tone they were using was like a psychological master class in sealing a deal with someone who they somehow thought was a bad fit. They told me they couldn't find me a loan, then seconds later said they could consolidate my debt. How? The loan is either there or it isn't. Nothing changed. They hadn't received more information. The call went from feeling good to feeling wrong. When I attempted to back out, they talked to me like they were my only option. Red flag number whatever. I was calm and clear that the conversation was over and that I did not want to move forward.
