Setup is easy and the product simply works. Even support through chat on a Saturday night nonetheless was blazing fast. I initially came for the email forwarding but ended up with so much more!

We migrated from cPanel and we have seen a great change in time delivery. We love the stats and management per user and domain. Getting email support took a couple of days to respond but they helped us to increase our quota limits more than we asked for (thanks guys).

I am new to domain and email related administration, but the FAQ and email setup guides contained just about all of the information I needed to set up every email security feature to use their email and DAV server for personal use. I experienced a bug with my calendar sync and support was very helpful in finding a solution and retrieved a working backup for me to restore from. I did think it was a little odd that all of their comparisons to other email services say "we recommend forwardemail" as though they were some kind of neutral third party. The lists they have made wouldn't lead you to any other conclusion anyway so it made me cautious as to whether this was even a real company as they wouldn't have any reason to recommend a competitor, but rest assured the service is in fact real.

This company has not only introduced me to a category I didn't know about, but their support has helped my business to run emails smoothly, without breaking the bank.

Over two years ago, I switched from my web hosting service's MailChannels based email to Forward Email's Enhanced Protection plan. After switching, the amount of legitimate emails blocked dropped from numerous with MailChannels to essentially none with Forward Email. The very few that are blocked are quickly diagnosed because they provide deliverability log access. The Forward Email documentation is excellent which made migrating to their service, using their APIs, and self-service very easy. On the few occasions that I needed support, they were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Forward Email. Their features, reliability, documentation, and support are well worth the price.

Outstanding support when it mattered. After accidentally deleting a live domain, Nick was able to recover a full IMAP mailbox backup from secure storage and guide me through restoring it. Calm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. Forward Email combines strong privacy principles with real technical competence — highly recommended.

We have been using their service for more than 3 years, and been very satisfied. Recently we contacted their support regarding some spam filtering that was a little overzealous. This was fixed within a couple of hours
