Excellent service from Andy and the team. Prompt, polite and tidy

I had the old mechanical up and over garage door, Fortress Doors, where cheaper supplying the same materials as their rivals. Fortress measured up and fitted the electric garage door surprisingly quickly. I had my door fitted on 30 September 2023, and I have had no issues todate.

Excellent customer service and timely response for technical support. Equipment has been reliable as well. Would recommend to anyone seeking security system for their home or business.

Fortress dropped the ball, we had a storm come through and our key pad stopped working. We called Fortress and they scheduled a tech to come over on the weekend. But he never came or called. We called Fortress a day later and they said they stopped the tech from coming because they saw a balance due. They said they sent a email but I didn't get that either. Not a good company after all. Don't use them :-(

I’ve been a customer of Fortress Security 3xs - they installed my 1st home alarm @19 yrs ago when they first started, then in my 2nd house @10 yrs ago, and again today upgraded my system. They use the best state of the art equipment & their customer service and installers provide excellent customer service. I Highly recommend Fortress Security since it’s a great company that truly cares and listens to their customer’s needs.

We used them for almost 4 year and had to cancel due to moving out of state. They were wonderful the whole time and when we needed to cancel Mark went above and beyond to help us out.
