Absolute nightmare experience. I called Morgan & Morgan after a slip and fall. After the intake, they officially took my case, had me sign representation documents, sent me app access, and assigned attorney Anthony Garrett to my active case. Because I didn't have active health insurance, they explicitly instructed me to see an Orthopedist using a Letter of Protection (LOP). I followed their direction, booked appointments, and was told I might need surgery. Then out of nowhere—on my 4th call with them—they dropped me. First they claimed a "conflict of interest," then they claimed my case "wasn't viable." Which is it? Because of their misdirection and assurances, I am now sitting with massive orthopedic medical bills that I am personally responsible for, and no representation. I feel duped and completely led astray. Avoid them unless you want to be left stranded with medical debt.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the severe lack of communication, transparency, and operational efficiency following the successful conclusion of my legal case.While I appreciate the positive legal outcome, the post-settlement process has caused unnecessary stress during a critical time when I am preparing to move out of state. My case was entirely straightforward, involving only two medical bills and standard attorney fees. Despite signing my closing statement two weeks before the settlement check arrived, I have faced unacceptable delays in receiving my funds due to the following internal issues:Withholding Information: My legal team received the opposing party's check around July 14th–15th. I was never notified by my team. I only discovered it had arrived because I received a letter from the opposing counsel. When I called, my attorney's assistant was evasive until I confirmed I had tracking with her signature. She then admitted the attorney instructed her to withhold the information.Lack of Process Transparency: No one explained the logistical timeline regarding the Orlando escrow account.Severe Understaffing and Delays: When I followed up on July 20th, I was informed that the entire Orlando accounting department consists of only two employees, both of whom were out of the office the previous week. Consequently, my check sat uncalculated and undeposited until July 20th.It is entirely unacceptable for a firm of Morgan & Morgan’s size and financial scale to halt client payouts because two accountants are out at the same time. I requested my funds prior to my out-of-state move, and being casually told it can just be mailed later ignores the financial urgency of my situation. The city has paid, and Morgan & Morgan is now the sole bottleneck holding up my life.I expect an expedited review of my file and immediate confirmation of when my reissued check will be available for pickup or overnight delivery.

Very poor communication on their part. There voice mail says to leave a message, that they will get back to by the next business day. Don’t hold your breath because they never return it. Same with text messages. They take on your case and if they are not 100% sure they can win it they call you two months later to drop your case. No wonder they claim they win a lot. If you only take on cases you are 100% of winning, sure you will look like you when it is very misleading. Will never contact for anything again, they are nothing but scammers.

​I initially contacted Morgan & Morgan on April 15, 2026, to handle my case. I signed and returned all required paperwork immediately. I was told that was all they needed from me and that everything was in order. After that, communication completely stopped on their end. ​I waited three months without a single update. On July 15, 2026, I finally called them to get a status update and ask when my official Intent to File was submitted. To my shock, I was told the Intent to File wasn't submitted until July—costing me three full months of potential back pay and effective date timeline protection. ​When I asked why it wasn't filed back in April when I retained them, I was informed by their team that the front end had "dropped the ball." Naturally, I was frustrated by this complete oversight and lack of communication, which directly impacted my case's timeline. ​When I spoke with the lead attorney, I explained that because their firm admitted to dropping the ball and costing me months of lost time and back pay, a fee reduction or compensation for their mistake was fair. Instead of taking accountability for their office's mistake or offering a reasonable solution, the attorney refused to work with me, claimed he didn't like how I expressed my frustration to his paralegal about their mistake, and terminated my contract on the spot. ​Morgan & Morgan's team made a major administrative mistake, sat on my case for three months without reaching out, and when called out on it, chose to drop me as a client rather than take ownership or fix it. Completely unprofessional experience from start to finish. Proceed with caution if you expect timely filing or accountability. They can improve by being accountable & owning up to their mistakes that potentially cost me money. I'm a gulf war veteran. The lawyer was rude, & unprofessional in my opinion. Beware of this Law firm.

Very misleading (HEARTFELT) radio advertisement had me going. Totally disappointed with their lack of effort to seek compensation for an accident which has led to devastating effects. They are Very quick to get your E-signature for the case investigation, then drop you like a bad rash. Read the small print of their contract. They still want entitlement to any compensation you received. I've never sued anyone for anything, never really had to , till Ace Hardware/Houchens food Group denied to accept accountability of their neglect. Now Liberty mutual insurance won't speak with me personally about my accident/ injuries because these worthless Morgan and Morgan papers are on the Ms. Claims specialist II desk. Well that was a waste of time. I filled out some form online to see if I had a case for something serious that happened. A lady calls and is all empathetic and saying sorry you had to go through that just to cut me off and say she can't help me. No explanation nothing. She says she'll send me a link as to why they can't help and outline it. It's a vague email saying nothing about why they can't take the case. Clearly only care about money and not the people. Awful experience. Highly don't recommend choosing them. Oh yeah and this is after multiple spam calls where they wouldn't stop calling me. If you're going to spam call me, when I answer, at least provide a good service. Waste of time!

We were led to believe that Morgan and Morgan was top law firm. That they handled not just injury cases but medical malpractice. This seems not to be the case unless it is a "slam dunk". My husband had a bone biopsy that the radiologist did the biopsy without sedation and although went into the correct area of his spine but...nicked the ganglion nerve. Three weeks later he cannot stand long enough to urinate or even brush his teeth!! Yes, I understand this type of claim would be involved, difficult. However. Morgan and Morgan misleads you into believing that they can help you, without cost until payment from plaintif is received. I have no doubt that all of that is true but...if anything potentially difficult case...they want no part of!! No wonder your results are so high...you only take slam dunk cases!! All of your advertisement is VERY misleading!!

Morgan & Morgan sent me to a specific clinic called Alpha. They told me NOT to use my own insurance or it would ruin the case. I thought that was odd. So after 3 months of treatment I call the "attorney" , I've never seen, spoken or emailed with him..I leave a message about my injuries, he texts me back, We are NOT taking your case due to Florida law. So a Lyft driver crashed into a cement median with the app on and there's no case? I don't know where these attorneys get degrees but I was not impressed. It's a SCAM l. They make you sign a contract that states you have to PAY THEM FOR WORK EVEN IF THEY DROP YOU. HA! REPORT THEM TO THE STTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, RUN DONT WALK. ONCE THEY PUT A Lien ON YOUR CASE NO ATTORNEY WILL WANT TO TAKE YOUR CASE. THEY RUIN PEOPLES LIVES. My attorney Abiel told me to pay for my own medical bills after they forced me to use Alpha Medicine. They do this so they can create more billable hours between their office and the clinic. ITS ALL A SCAM. GET A LOCAL ATTORNEY DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT..
