THEY ACCEPTED MY BIO-LAB CONYERS, GA CLAIM IN 2024. THEY WERE HARD TO REACH AND VERY RUDE. IN AUGUST 2026, TWO YEARS LATER. THEY QUIT AND LEFT ME WITHOUT ANY OPTIONS. NOW THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS COMING UP, AND I CAN'T FIND ANOTHER LAWYER. PLUS, THEY NEVER EVEN ORDERED MY MEDICAL RECORDS. THIS IS THE WORST FIRM I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I hired Morgan and Morgan in Atlanta Ga…
I hired Morgan and Morgan in Atlanta Ga to represent me in an automobile case where I was hit from the rear while stopped at a red light. I ended up having a shoulder surgery shortly after the wreck as a result of injuries sustained. My cases was reassigned to several attorneys that each had their own opinions as to what needed to be done to settle the case. I had provided the first attorney with a detailed spreadsheet of my medical costs and injury related time off work costs from the date of the accident to the date that the firm was retained. Somehow keeping this spreadsheet updating throughout the entire case process became my responsibility and took hours of my own time. The last attorney ran up substantial expenses preparing the case for trial. Just 2 days before the case was set to go to trial they gave me reasons why we should settle the case for a low ball amount under circumstances that were known to them when the case was accepted over 2 years earlier. I was upset that my cases was settled for much less than my medical and lost wages costs and then I only ended up with a 20% recovery on the settlement that took over two years to finalize. I believe that a smaller firm would have been more diligent in aggressively pursuing a case that resulted in the client having an injury related surgery and very high medical costs. The case was final settled in March 2025 and I immediately asked for copies of my medical records and depositions to have documentation of the injuries I had sustained in the wreck. They took literally months to provide the medical documentation that I was requesting.
Morgan and Morgan charged me interest for any payout of cases expenses paid during the time that they were preparing the case for trial but refused to provide the calculations or even tell me the interest rate charged to justify the interest charged and deducted from my portion of the settlement. The Attorney told me in writing that this interest charge is calculated by a computer and she cannot provide any disclosure on the charge. I signed the legally binding closing settlement statement on 9/12/25 which included a hold on funds described as a delayed cost deposit. This amount is withheld by Morgan and Morgan to supposedly cover any outstanding bills when I had not been in treatment for 2 years and proved to them that everything had been paid. The closing statement that I signed states that if there are no delayed cost expenses or charges received within 90 days of signing the closing statement that the delayed cost deposit that was being withheld would be automatically returned to the client. I have made several calls attempting to get this money sent to me and they either ignore the calls or tell me that they will look into it and send me the money. The last communication was an email response from Azaria Green dated 2/4/26 stating that she would check on the return of my unused delayed cost deposit funds. It is now 4/6/26 and they still refuse to send me my deposit recovery money that they are legally obligated to send by their own contracted closing statement. I have done research and this failure to return the unused portion of the delayed cost recovery amount is a wide spread problem. I believe that they think most people just forget about this money and they ignore the clients that inquire about their right to receive the disbursement. I guess the next step will have to be to contact the bar association. As several others former clients have pointed out in their reviews, someone needs to look into the delayed cost recovery amounts for all the closed cases of this firm to see if this is a deliberate practice to retain more money. Law firms have a legal obligation to release funds as outlined in the settlement agreement and holding funds past the agreed date could be in violation of the ethical rules set forth for attorneys.

DO NOT waste your life or your time…
DO NOT waste your life or your time with this firm. They do not care about you. They do not care about your injuries. They are only after settling 1 million baby cases for small amounts of money just so they can say that they're the largest firm in Atlanta. They do not care about making sure that you're set for years to come to take care of your injuries when you can barely even function from a car wreck. They don't answer your phone calls instead they sent you a email saying oh sorry we missed your phone call. You do not matter to this law firm. When you sign up with them, you meet all the nicest people in the world who make you think you matter, but the minute you sign the dotted line you are nothing but a check. They settle for the lowest dollar amount and they settle behind your back without you even signing the paperwork and then they hold your money for months and never even contact you to let you know they settled your claim behind your back when you told them you didn't want to settle. And when you email the main attorney he doesn't even have the respect to write you back all he does it send a thumbs up after you have to send multiple messages because you do not matter to them. STEER CLEAR!

It's all a LIE NOT for the People for the money
Do not believe that Morgan & Morgan cares for the people. It's a bunch of B.S. I was rear ended total loss. They grab my case for a month and a half they kept calling and giving me hope (1 month & a half) all of a sudden they drop the case and said the person that rear ended me had no cover insurance, they could off said that before. Instead of keeping me in the loop all that time. The case worker on the case kept saying call me anytime we are here for you. Another B.S. she never bother answering my calls.

Want to be a NOBODY? Call Morgan and Morgan
I drove about an hour every day to work for over 20 years and during those early morning hours I would hear a half dozen radio ads from Morgan and Morgan, the largest accident attorney in GA. They flooded radio and TV, touting their size and unbelievable connection to their customers. The one ad that stands out the most was the one where a guy, potential client, a “NOBODY” called Morgan and Morgan, and the ad goes on to say that the senior Morgan tells the potential customer was not a “NOBODY” and anyone calling Morgan and Morgan is a somebody that their firm was going to give them the best support and representation. Remember that one?
Well, I fell for it, I recommended Morgan and Morgan to a female friend from west GA that was involved in an accident where a driver from Canada, one just passing through, cut in front of her jeep, crashed into the side of her jeep and then pushed her off the road/street and into some poles at a gas station parking lot. There was damage to the vehicle and some physical injury to her, but there was not enough to go to the hospital. Police were contacted, reports were written, and details were covered with the Canadian driver that admitted to causing the accident and was able to drive off.
My friend told me about the accident and, thinking I was doing the right thing, told her to contact Morgan and Morgan. They are experts You were in an accident, hurt, there was damage and you needed some help. And of course, you will not be a “NOBODY” with them and they will get you on the right track with medical help and maybe help her with truck damage and insurance.
She placed the call, weeks go by, she called again and was given a doctor’s telephone number to call, nothing more. She was instructed to call their doctor but no response, no new calls ever came from Morgan and Morgan, you know the people that care, and no calls from their doctor. It has been 5 months and NOTHING, no calls from them, no return calls from their doctor, no help with the accident itself and sadly, she has been treated like a “”. Just like the M&M ad said would never happen. You can say anything in an ad, just like the government, it does not have to involve the truth! I had to apologize to my friend for my poor judgement listening to nothing more than an ad, and ad with no real people behind it. So, here we are, what a frustrating joke this is.
So, if you find yourself in a position where you need an accident attorney, do not take my word for it, do not call Morgan & Morgan, find a law firm that cares and were someone you know has had some success and do not waste your time here, unless you are OK with being the “NOBODY.” Now I am going after her insurance company, Progressive, as well. She pays for full coverage insurance, the Canadian had insurance too but do you think anyone has helped her get her damaged vehicle repaired? She is just another NOBODY there too!

Had some issues from the beginning with…
Had some issues from the beginning with lack of communication. Because of the lack of communication, I had to send my own paperwork in to request the type of hearing I would prefer since the letter said I only had 10 days to respond and they never responded to my several messages. I left a one-star review previously due to the communication nonsense, then a very nice lady calls me and tells me she's changing my case manager over to a different lady "Amber". I boosted the rating to a five-star because of how awesome she was. Then the new lady she assigned, lied to me stating that I couldn't change my mind on the type of hearing I would like to have. I decided to search the internet and found out that I can change my mind, I will post the wording below. I believe "Amber" my new Legal Assistant decided to tell me that information because obviously the longer it takes the more money they make. I should have known better to hire a large firm like this. Bad mistake on my part! Don't follow suit!!!
Info found:
Yes, you can change your mind. If you initially asked for an in-person hearing with a Social Security Administrative Law Judge, you can request a switch to a telephone or online video format, though you should contact your assigned hearing office as soon as possible to make the request.
