In my opinion, Morgan and Morgan got bought off , I got hit by a car while on a bicycle,it was clearly the ladies fault, she lied about not stopping at stop sign , video later showed she lied , Ty the person I dealt with at Morgan and Morgan jerked me around,in my opinion, intentionally, I was dropped, because they said there was nothing to get from the lady, I had been dealing with MASON'S and Catholic Church with several similar situations, my kids and grandkids are being harassed in same way ,This law firm only cares about the BIG MONEY, Mason's and Catholic Church tell firm to drop in a non verbal communication way its called the KNOWING, that's why judges are investigated in Trump's case now , Masonry is a secret society!!!!! We fill out paperwork for Morgan and Morgan. I waited for a phone call. When the call came in it wasn’t an attorney. It was a someone that takes notes. It wasn’t paralegal or anything like that. We asked this lady if she had read what we submitted. She was honest and said no I didn’t give me a minute or two and I’ll read it. She said will you explain to me what happened in detail. So I did with the help of my wife. We had to repeat times we had to spell words for this lady because she didn’t know how to spell she didn’t have any medical background that is for sure. She said she would take this and discuss it with her group. I don’t even if the group had an attorney. When she came back, she said sorry we’re not willing to take your case. I said what is the reason she said we’re just not gonna take it. OK I hung up the next day. I get a call from Morgan and Morgan wanting to go over my case . I said well your group said they wouldn’t take it. If you’re dealing with Morgan and Morgan, I would hope that you’re dealing with an attorney which is knowledgeable in the area that you are making a claim to because it didn’t happen with us. We were very disappointed . We will never ever go back to Morgan and Morgan.

I contacted your agency today and was turned down and do not know why. I work for a state agency and my insurance refuses to pay for a medication that I need to get well. My physician and I have been through 3 appeals and turned down. I was hoping your company could assist with the process of making them pay for this but I see I'm not important enough, have enough damage or whatever. You are NOT the company you state you are! Thanks for nothing!

The worst attorneys in the country! 4 years into a disability case, I've been contacted by phone 3 times. When I've contacted them, there is always a new case manager that is rude and somewhat clueless. At the 4 year mark, I reached out to them and was told that we would schedule a hearing. It was confirmed that a hearing was scheduled and shortly, thereafter, I received notice from Social Security that Morgan and Morgan has withdrawn. They quit and didn't even inform the me! After 4 years of nothing??! I will seek a malpractice attorney and expose these crooks! Please read my review and do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan and Morgan! You'll thank me later.

They do not follow up or give you answers. They do not refer you any drs that will work with you on behalf of their firm. They switch you from person to person. It’s been 6 months and I’ve had to pay out of pocket to get any help and I can no longer afford that so basically I have no help. I accidentally switched lines today with them and disconnected. I called back and had to leave a message. No call back when we were in mid sentence. They say they tried to call me since January again but I haven’t received any calls. ( That might have been my phone)They could have e mailed, However, because I had to pay out of pocket for any kind of tests and they were not getting my e mails they’re now saying any adjuster would look at me as not being proactive. It’s an awful situation when they couldn’t provide the correct drs to help me and now I’m truly screwed up. I expressed my dismay and frustration with them but they’re more concerned with reviews. They’re not on top of things as I hoped they would be They’re awful. I would never recommend them.

Terrible law firm. Only in it for the money. Never received return calls from attorney, case manager or paralegal. Unacceptable. Rude people
