Order got misdelivered by the delivery service, but Forte, esp. Bryan the customer service rep, stepped in and troubleshooted ways for me to recover the package before assuring me they'll reship if it was truly lost.

Ordered the new volume shampoo and conditioner as these were not available on Amazon yet. Anyways DHL delivered my product but I never received it nor did I get any notice of where they delivered it to. Upset I sent an email to Forte, as I spent a good amount of cash on this order, thinking it was delivered to the wrong house or stolen but Forte’s customer service responded very quickly and investigated where my order went. Result was they found it and I was able to go and get it. I was very relieved. Anyways, Christine from Customer Service was very helpful and handled my concern, kindly, promptly and she cared about finding a solution. This built so much confidence in me that Forte not only has great products but a great customer service team behind the scenes, wanting the best outcomes for its customers. Thanks again Christine and Forte. I will be ordering again when it comes time to stock up. Be well!

feels very nice after putting it on. Only a little is needed to put through all of my hair and still makes it glossy. All of the products make my hair feel really nice and healthy. I would recommend to all my friends especially the organ oil that makes my hair feel sensational.
