Forte is the best. I have used their texture clay for months and it is the best hair product I’ve ever used in my life. Also, the customer support is amazing and super kind. I highly recommend Forte to anyone that is looking for premium products.

I had ordered a tin of the chrome forte clay and it was shipped quickly but somehow got lost via usps mail system. I just chalked it up as a loss but decided to see if the company would have any more info on the matter. Bryan from forte responded quickly and made sure that if it haven’t received it by a certain day they would either give me a refund or send out another for free! I did finally receive it from the post office! Great customer services from Bryan ! Definitely would buy from again! Best regards, Robert

If you need help, the Forte support team is there to help you get things right. Unfortunately a package was marked as delivered but never dropped off. I've contacted support and they issued a replacement within reasonable time.

I’ve been ordering products from Forte for over 3 years now. Recently, when I moved to the UK, one of my products got misplaced by my accomodation’s services department. I informed the team at Forte and they were on it from the moment they received my message. They informed Evri, the courier service and also kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I would personally like to thank Bryan from Customer Support for his continued efforts. I really appreciate the effort he put in and I hope to order more products from them in the future.

Had a little trouble with wainting a long time to get the products, but then i got kindly reminded by staffmember brian that the texture clay was sold out. So i even got a opertunity to swap it with a chrome clay. Thats what i call costumer service at its finest. I became a costumer today!
