This is the 2nd time I had to call for a tow. In 2 different states. Both times was easy-peasy. Everything handled quickly and efficiently. No complaints.

I actually did not think I was going to be writing this review after seeing all the horrible reviews prior to me submitting a claim. Long story short my couch springs snapped and my couch was no longer being manufactured per my contract they needed to supply me with a reaccredit for a new couch. As I said I had very low hopes after reading reviews but to my surprise customer service was very helpful and the supervisor was great! within a week they issued me my recredit and I was able to get a whole new couch ! I made sure to repurchase the warranty !

I used Fortegra’s roadside assistance plan that I purchased as part of a finance company loan. This was the second time I had used the service, and each time they took care of my problem efficiently and professionally. They made sure that I was taken care of and everyone I spoke too has been friendly and courteous to me. I am very well pleased with their service.

Jason was very professional and honest, straightforward and accommodating ensuring that I understood every step of the process. I ultimately had a major brake system overhaul for my Colorado Z71 pickup at the shop and now the system is as good (or better) as new! It’s good to know that I now have a trusted auto repair shop in town!
