Great service, prompt and easy delivery

Excellent customer service and excellent products ! We are sleeping great on our new temporary mattress until our new one is shipped to us . Everyone was very genuine and helpful . We are thrilled with the fact of our mattress being 100 percent toxic free and made with natural materials !

We purchased a full size mattress for our daughter's first "big girl" bed. The product we purchased was going to be delayed from the factory, but Urban Mattress Fort Collins had the next model up available in stock, so they upgraded us for free. They delivered the mattress the day after we bought it and our daughter loves it! Very satisfied with our experience!

I want to thank Mark and Collin for their great customer service. I felt instantly welcomed into the store and both of them were very helpful. If you want a super comfortable mattress, with great service to match, check out Urban Mattress. They are absolutely best place to shop for a mattress in Fort Collins.
