Urban MattressReviews of fortcollins.urbanmattress.com

Very helpful- easily switched out base when it we chose one that was too big. Good service.

I went to UM originally because I got "taken" for another bed I had purchased from someone close by in town. But the guys at UM were kind, understanding and really tried to find out what I needed and wanted. Being a large person I have issues finding beds that dont sag etc and they were willing to help me find the right fit.I had to return the bed at first due to it being a bit soft but they were more than accommodating and tried getting me a bed that worked. Great staff, great products.

Thanks for the pillows.

Great Mattress, great experience.

Best Mattress we ever purchased, the sales guy was great to deal with great customer service

Very helpful sales person that gave us all the time we needed to decide on the right mattress. Efficient delivery and set-up and they carted our old mattress and box springs away.

Had a Great experience with Mark, he really knows his products. Free delivery to Boot!
