Company is a complete Scam. You never receive the product! Had to contact my credit card company to cancel the charge!

My puppy got free from the harness. She ran in a busy road. Thankfully she escaped with her life. The only thing the harness is good for is high visible identification. Nothing else!!

The phone is disconnected, they do not respond to requests, didn't confirm my order, and are unreachable. Beater Business Bureau warns customers to be careful and check other options first. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

I was skeptical of the offer of free harness, pay ship only. I was starting to think that maybe we got scammed because of time to rcvd 2 harnesses...then realized that they were coming from China. So I thought I would wait a bit longer..and boom...they showed up about 2.5 months after ordering. For the price, the quality is AMAZING and Im really satisfied. that alone would be 5 stars...however because of time to get product and the fact there was no support or any way to contact someone, I only gave 4 stars. I am not sure I would order again because of the wait time and other reviews (which Im guessing the bad reviews are because they were posted due to time of wait...I am wondering if after the bad review if product was rcvd and no one thought to update the review?) One suggestion to For My Doggy...respond to your customers or at least send notification of delays. NOT knowing is worse than knowing in this case. But bottom line: Product rcvd months after ordered. Product is FANTASTIC and better than expected for the offer. *(espc since I was able to order 2 products for free and just pay ship) For price paid and product itself: 5+ star For wait time and no ability to reach someone: 4 star

I was skeptical ordering from thing company, but tried nevertheless. Shipping is not super fast, but I was able to track the package. Nice harness, good quality, great price, the fit is great, love the personalization with the velcro name/phone number patch.

On first check the tracking reports my item was delivered before it was sent, to an address in Pt. Townsend Washington. I'm in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, so I think they missed a bit. Tried the check again and now it reports no information available. Tried to contact them and there's nothing. At very best this is a sloppy company but I think I've been scammed.

Got the harness which was great. Ordered a couple of jackets and the one I tired practically shredded the first time I used it and my dog barely pulled. I cant get anyone to email me back and I have tried several times. They did ask me to send pics 2 months ago and I have sent them 3 times with no response. A waste of $70. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND EXCPECT TO USE THE RETURN POLICY THEY BRAG ABOUT. horrible customer service and I am still getting their daily sales emails... amazing.
