COMPLETELY SCAM!! DO NOT BUY! We first ordered in 2021 a perfect formydoggy.com no pull harness. item came in good time and we liked it better than a competitors version. Fast forward to 2026, we wanted to replace our current harness and ordred 2 more online. Paid for the premium shipping with tracking. Received an immediate ORDER CONFIRMAtion stating tracking would be sent shortly. We Waited 10 days, and then contacted support for help. 5x more email over 3 weeks with zero response from support. Finally, I found Reach.com under paypal as the online support for formydoggy.com with paypal. They took another week to reply!!! AFTER 5 weeks, and zero response from support communications from formydoggy, I contacted paypal to open dispute and refund. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT PAYPAL(insured) from this vendor. I have reported this domain with CIRA for FRAUD. Zero follow up from customer. there are many other vendors for this product. It WAS legitimate in 2021. NOW in 2026 -JUST A FULL SCAM ONLINE-BEWARE GREAT PRODUCT but DO NOT BUY.

Told there would be a wait for the item so waited then after an extended period of time I was told that it was sent then received an order no When asked for said no bot says doesn’t exist numerous emails to no avail scammers don’t touch cost me nearly $50 aus for something that was supposed to be free

That’s even too much to rate for this company. Well advertised, product looks amazing if you can get your order filled. I ordered a harness for my daughter’s dog back in January or February. It seems like they have no problems in taking your money and then not filling the orders. Seems like you can’t even access their website anymore.

So, we ordered a harness So, we ordered a harness for our dog about 4 months ago. We paid for it and everything seemed fine. However, received nothing and having tried contacting customer services and never got any reply's to any of them , it really seems like they're trying to scam me.

Terrible company. Ordered 2 months ago did not receive my product. Left 3 or 4 messages no response. Glad I used Paypal Iam cancelling my order

I want to be fair here: I have ordered from this store before and the product I received was good. Order #239805 in May 2024 — a No-Pull Harness — arrived as expected and lasted well. It only needed replacing because it eventually wore out from regular use. That is the only reason I came back as a customer. My second order has been a disaster. Order #263489 — Personalized No-Pull Harness — placed and paid for on 3 March 2026. Almost two months later: no product, no tracking, no shipping notification. I have emailed support twice. Once on 8 April. Again on 17 April. Both emails ignored. I cannot speak to whether the product is still good because I have not received it. What I can say is that whatever this business looked like in 2024, right now they are taking money and going silent. If you have an outstanding order, contact your bank about a chargeback — you are entitled to a refund when goods are not delivered in a reasonable timeframe. I hope they sort this out. Until they do, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

i never received my harness. and they do not reply to any form of communication.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company!! I made a purchase, got a confirmation and my visa was charged with the purchase. I have never received a tracking number, shipment of product, can't reach them either via their chat or email, and have been left with no communication or product. WORSE organization EVER!!
