Fast shipping and exactly what we needed!

Excellent - they responded to my inquiry about the product, I ordered it online and it arrived quickly.

I was surprised at how quickly my order was filled.

Customer service was lacking and I had to chase them for an update. At first, I was told a couple days. Then I got a barebones email that said a week. THEN when that day came and no shipping confirmation I emailed customer service and was told the following week it would be at the facility and shipped out. That was supposed to be 8/31/2020. They wasted my time. Update: I did receive a relatively quick email apologizing. I can understand working with wholesalers can be difficult, I think I would have felt a lot more secure if that had been more transparent or communicative about the issue. I do want to make clear that they did at least try.

very poor. still don't have my printer that i ordered

If I had it my way, not one star. I ordered a printer for work purposes in the 11th, still waiting. I have decided to cancel and never order from you guys again. No printer, but yet, two emails asking me to rate you.
