No good, because late for delivery

Easy to purchase from this site however a day after my purchase I was notified that the item was out of stock. Better to have that info before purchase is made I think. Refund is on the way...

I was wanting needle point pens as it said in this listing but received metal tip.

Trusted website, but never fulfilled any order for some reason. Never sent any explanation on why all my orders were cancelled and refunded.

Your website was very hard to work with and the info as with many did not lead to very reasonable response . When I finally did get a call back , the lady I spoke with was very very nice and she took my order but even then it didn't go through and I had to follow up several times to get things moving . I finally had to re send all my credit card info a second time and my order went in then . Delivery time was okay but the other problems were a bit much for a simple order . I will try y'all again and hope for better results !

The Rolodex was what we wanted. However we thought the one we chose had lined cards and the cards we go t were plain.

I was disappointed because my package was mashed and the candy bowls were all broken. I managed to tape a bowl back together to have something to put the candy in until I could get a real container to put it in. This is the first time this had happened since I have been making purchases with you, but I do have to say I will reconsider the next time I need to order. Jai Nelson

The item I received was not the same as the item pictured on your website. I needed a very specific Avery 1.72 oz permanent non washable glue stick but received a washable non permanent one.
