I have enjoyed this form health program. I was not sure if i did in the beginning. I like the food option help ideas. The doctor has lots of helpful information to aide in my health journey.

Dr Azharuddin has been the absolute best Doctor, advisor and sooo caring during the time I have been in the program. She has send me so much good information for me to read!
