Which medication is prescribed by your Form doctor depends on a number of factors such as your medical history, availability, and your insurance coverage. Hi Laurie- Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Our Care Teams work 1:1 with each patient develop a personalized plan to achieve their weight loss and health goals. These plans are based on science and address lifestyle changes (nutrition, physical activity, and mindset shifts) and may include a prescription for FDA-approved medication, when appropriate. Each patient’s journey looks different, and our doctors and Registered Dietitians have the tools and expertise to support patients through any difficulties along the way. Thank you for sharing this important feedback with us. We always welcome ideas on ways our patients would to engage with their care team and others. We also are aware of the difficulties with getting some medications due to supply and insurance limitations, our team is actively trying to navigate through these challenges.
