Highly customizable with lots of features. Easy to integrate into our system. Sometimes the documentation does not cover every possibility/feature, but customer support was quickly helping.

Their programs are good. Some of their programs don't work as well as others but most of them work perfectly and are really nice. Their support is good the first time they are very helpful, and if they cannot find a solution to the problem they find someone who can help. I like Form.io and their programs and I would highly recommend them to someone else.
