I bought 2 packs of balls on the 8th of may . Cost £26 but since that time I've only just noticed that they have been taking £14.95 a month out of my bank 6 payments in total but haven't sent me any balls or product. I'm awaiting a reply from their customer service. I have also got intuch with my banks fraud dept who said they are investigating

They deserve a Zero rating and they automatically charge you for a subscription. They will not answer emails either

I need to share my experience with Forgeway golf. I purchased a dozen Forge X balls and to my suprise they did play longer and straighter! but the dexterity was poor ,lasted 18 holes at best. So i purchased the better Core Max ball (36 ) at an increase of £0.70p per ball hoping the dexterity was better ?When the balls arrived the balls were packaged in the correct Core Max boxes, but the balls inside were Forge X stamped NOT Core Max the upgrade ball i paid for. after 40 plus emails providing photos of my order received. and pictures from their website. They insist i have the correct balls but are unwilling to provide pictures of the two balls side by side! They have sent a courtesy payment of £6-90 ( 10%)as a good will gesture. I too unwillingly paid a subscription fee but had it refunded. To my fellow golfers a warning ! iam yet to have any proof from Forgeway Golf that the Core Max balls exist. Has anybody else experienced this situation ?

Three of us brought 6 dozen of these and a waste of money. Scuffs very easily and lucky to get a round out of it. The feel is like hitting a stone so all of us say don’t waste your money a lot better balls on the market for the same money and nearly 4 dozen on in the bin

When you place an order they do deliver as expected, BUT they additionally award a membership and consequently debit your account in the following months without notification, despite no mention of membership in the adverts. So don’t order!! As they say if it looks too good to be true then it isn’t!

Absolute scam merchants !! I bought one box of 12 balls at £19.95 and then they have been billing me £ 14.95/month since then. Only just spotted it on my credit card statement. Have now blocked them from taking any more and hoping that Card provider can reclaim my money. What a horrible company !! Do not buy from them !!

In reality, the golf balls are not bad. Unfortunately, it appears Forgeway's business model is to sell you a dozen golf balls, and then trick you into a 19.99 a month, membership for nothing. This is the sad part. I would recommend you purchase your golf balls from a sporting goods store and save the money you will be tricked into giving..

Would give it 0 if I could balls are standard at best and they keep charging you £15 a month for nothing!! Got to cancel at bank AVOID!!
