This company is a fraud. We cancelled the order 3 minutes after it was placed and have been trying for two weeks to return the useless golf balls they sent anyway. We have no less than 25 emails from their chat bots,(I don’t believe any humans actually works there) and every email has the same broken link to start a return. We are going to seek some recourse through our bank.

Tried to cancel my order and so far haven’t been able to use the cancellation form as it breaks down all the time. Have contacted them each time to cancel it and I get the same message and link. They even asked me to put in my browser to do it and still got the same issue!

Wish I had come here before I bought these golf balls. They didn't work for me & I lost distance with them. I was going to return them but it was going to cost me 90% of the purchase price for the postage back to USA. I decided to keep them & give them away & it may save 12 people from making the same mistake that I did.

Stay well clear Orser process does not allow you to review basket. Goes straight to take your money. I emailed them several times within 24 hours of the order being placed to cancel. Replied 7 days later saying the order had been sent and I would have to pay for the return. Crap communication. Crap ordering process. Couldn't care less about the when or if it arrives

The Golf Balls are nothing special. They also do not share that you will be billed each month an even larger amount. Very dishonorable!
