Balls i ordered arrived but proved to be nothing special , still can slice them at will!!!! That i didnt mind so much as i can slice every ball. What is not acceptable is signing me up to a monthly subscription in some sneaky fashion , and its not just me , many others have ticked or failed to realise they have committed, to some recurring payment. Bad bad form Forgeway - do not support this company is my advice. Balls are simply not what they claim and ethics are non existent. I got bitten, stay ckear golfer!!!

Totally misleading purchase, you're signing up to a monthly subscription without being told. Further more they have to be the worst ball ever made

Forgeway debits a monthly subscription of 17,31€ and plus 0.35€ currency translation per my credit card without me having admitted them to do so. I bought their golfballs in May and from that day they debited me. I want to get the above mentioned amounts of money back from June, Juli, August and September.

Well, after seeing advertisement about forgeway Golf on social media, I decided to give them a chance in ordered two dozen balls, which I found to be second rate balls and not worth the money not only after that for four months following they continue to charge me $15 a month as an unauthorized transaction please be careful with forgeway Golf you’ll find others. I’ve had the same problem.

Looks like I am one of many who got caught up in their scam of subscriptions. I’ve been travelling and missed the first two charges of $29.95. I caught the third one today and made a fraud report with my bank. They stopped the latest charge and said they will pursue a refund of the first two charges. What ticks me off the most is I like the balls and would have become a regular customer. Buyer beware !!

You should stay far away and clear of this company. It’s too bad because I liked the ball itself. It seemed to do what they said. However, the company is below questionable. Problems are serious and appear to be intentional: 1. I was somehow automatically entered into a subscription that I did not want or sign up for. I used PayPal because I heard of this issue and I was able to end the subscription but not easily. 2. I ordered 3 dozen balls on a special and received one. The balls are shipped from China and a number you call is in China too. There is one in Utah but it’s all AI. No people to solve problems and you just get a bunch of happy talk and no result. After several weeks of emails which also were AI driven, I got a response that they were shipping me the missing two dozen balls but that has happened in two weeks and probably will not. 3. Customer service is not just horrible, it is the worst I have ever experienced, it is nonexistent. Bottom line, say well clear of this company. It is a shame because the balls are ok but I think other companies such a Noodle (ie a low end ball made by Taylormade, I think) and Wilson Duocore do the same thing and you actually don’t get ripped off.

They set you up with a bogus subscription. The balls are terrible

Adding my voice to this scam. Do not be fooled. The golf balls are nothing special and they sign you up to a monthly payment wiht nothing in return. AVOID
