Forge Hardware StudioReviews of forgehardwarestudio.com

We were thrilled with the quality of the product and the customer service we received from Alex and the team at Forge Hardware Studio. They went beyond expectations to help us acquire a replacement piece when ours had been installed incorrectly. We would recommend Forge Hardware Studio to anyone looking for quality products and service.

Ordered brushed nickel cabinet pulls and knobs for a new kitchen. Hardware is individually packed and has a nice solid feel to them. Easy to install.

Quality product, surprisingly in stock, excellent communication, quick shipping, great packaging. The only thing that could make this product better would be getting it for free. Just kidding. You get what you pay for. No regrets. Thank you.

I ordered the Charlie knobs and handles in champagne bronze for my newly renovated kitchen. They look absolutely amazing. The color and finish is a perfect warm gold - exactly what I had imagined - not too shiny and not too bright, and not a pale yellow either. Shipment was incredibly fast and the staff was highly responsive to questions I had pre-ordering. Highly recommend!

This was our first time ordering from Forge Hardware Studio. We were absolutely impressed. We are on a deadline to finish our kitchen before the weekend. We had ordered some hardware for our cabinets on Amazon that we were very dissatisfied with when we received it. We had to find better hardware and fast! I stumbled upon Forge Hardware and was immediately impressed with their selection, quality and pricing! I messaged them to see if there were expedited shipping options. Alex responded right away and had me send a screenshot of our order so they could make sure everything was in stock. They got our order packed up and it is on an airplane headed our way! So pleased and so excited to get our Hardware. Great customer service!!

The Handles and Knobs we purchased from Forge Hardware we perfect. They Look Amazing in our New Kitchen!!! Love Them. But the Best part of the experience was their service! When we had one Knob with a small blemish... and one knob that we ordered at a later date that was a slightly different color... They immediately went through there inventory... found two that matched our others... AND SHIPPED THEM OUT THE SAME DAY! Service is what sets people apart... and their service was spot on.

Fantastic company. I live in New Zealand and I got my handles delivered in 5 days. Customer service is top quality- they were very helpful and provided an option to expediate my delivery as I had a very tight timeframe. However most importantly the handles themselves are beautiful and top quality. I wouldn't look anywhere else for handles.

We stumbled across Forged Hardware Studio when searching online for very specific cabinet pulls that we needed ASAP. They had exactly what we needed, in stock, and even overnighted them to us in Montréal, by request. Super responsive, accommodating customer service. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.
