Cologne was exactly what I expected. Delivery was a little bit slow but everything all right. OK. Package was not damaged.

I've been purchasing from Foreverlux for about a year now and have had a almost prefect experience... awesome products, prices, reward points & fast-free shipping. The only 2 bad experiences I've encountered are as follows: 1. If you place an order and it's cancelled by you or them, you are not reimbursed any reward points used. 2. If returning an item for any reason you are charged a restocking fee & return shipping cost...even if they made the mistake. For these 2 reasons I gave a rating of 4 stars.

Hi Jaime, Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear you've enjoyed our products, prices, rewards program, and fast shipping over the past year. We also appreciate you pointing out the areas where your experience fell short. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate our policies and identify opportunities to improve. Thank you for your continued support and for choosing ForeverLux.
