I just bought their white diamond peeling and it is amazing! It works better than I even expected!!

Disappointing service experience with Forever Flawless. I received misleading guidance of how to use the product. And as a result I ended up with burn marks on my skin. I used the products as informed by the salesperson (in the store in Old Town, San Juan, Puerto Rico). And the second time I put on 'Diamond infused - Instant Lifting Cream' the skin around my eyes started to burn, after a couple of hours I had to wash it of, because of the increasingly burning pain. The cream stuck to my skin like glue, and I could not get all of the cream of. The next morning the skin around my eyes were swollen and red, and I had small burn marks. Now I'm afraid to use it again, and also the other products I have bougth (Instant Wrinkle Eraser Cream and Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel). I have never tried to have any kind of allergic reaction to beauty products. This is the first time. The salesperson instructed me to use the 'Diamond infused - Instant Lifting Cream' every night for the first 10 days (and after that, once a month). So of course I did as he told me. After the terrible experience with the burning and exstremely sticky 'Diamond infused - Instant Lifting Cream', I later learned from af friend (a skin materialst), that I should never use a new 'harsh' product as this every night, but start out using it a coulpe of times a week. But I'm still too afraid to try the product again. I really wish there could be some kind of good customer service for me to get some of the money back, since I was misinformed of how often to use the products. Best regards Stina, Denmark

I've used this men's product for a few years now, and the fresh light tropical aroma of the cream never ceases to please me. The cream absorbs into the skin smoothly and quickly. I wish it was a little less expensive, but I recommend its quality without reservation.

I contacted a sales representative when the Canadian outlet through which I had purchased my products suddenly closed their doors with no warning whatsoever. Given my contract, I had a remaining 32 refills to which I was entitled. My problem was definitely not Forever Flawless' problem as each store is independently owned and operated. However, within two days of contacting the sales representative, my products were already being shipped to Canada for only the postal costs. Never have I experienced such professional conduct. It speaks volumes to the kind of people we are dealing with. Thank you again, Farrenn!
