I was at an annual conference for work in Florida and Forever Flawless had a booth. I would not say my experience was horrible but the sales team was extremely pushy. I was handed a sample and quickly ushered inside the booth. The lady applied some product under my eyes and exclaimed what a difference it had made. I told the salesperson I wanted to think about it given the price and then she said she would lower the price and add another product but "don't tell anyone". I just wanted to leave and get back to my conference and I reluctantly made the purchase. After taking the night to think about the purchase, I returned to the booth the following day to make a return and the salesman working the booth refused to allow me to make the return. I do plan to make the conference organizers aware of the schemes and the forceful approach to sales.

I placed an order for 3 hand lotions and was charged for 6. I called the number listed on the site to address, and also emailed customer service. To date no one has followed up. Very disappointing.

I have been using regularly every day from Feb 26 thru today, march 24th. When applying my makeup yesterday I noticed I have flaking by my eye brows! Not impressed by this expensive treatment! Back to Oil Of Okay . No flaking!

Ordered on 9/5 and a tracking was provided on 9/8 today is 9/14 and tracking says usps still awaiting package.

The product never get here!

Deplorable, non-existent are a few of the descriptions that come to mind. Purchased products on-line in error and attempted to contact for return instructions, as there was none of the customary information in the packaging. The number in the “Return Policy” on the website, goes to VM informing that “due to the pandemic, offices are closed.” Customers are further informed to provide phone number and email a brief description of questions/concern. It has been 4 days since the afore and no response. At these prices, basic customer service is not an unreasonable expectation. Sorely disappointing. On-line shoppers beware.

My product was shipped on April 2nd and I have not received it as of April 18th. Maybe you should consider a different shipper other than FedEx.

I was pulled into a store in Vegas, told to sit down and next thing I know they are pulling my mask off and touching my face without sanitizing their hands (to my knowledge) and had their mask down too. I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. She was pretty rude when I told her I wouldn’t impulse buy products I had never heard of.
