I appreciated the savings; and I also appreciated the speedy delivery. However, I forgot how 'powerful' your products are. I now have sensitive skin under my eyes, and I haven't been able to use the products for 4 days. I was going to order the facial cream to compliment the eye cream, but I'm hesitant to do that now. I'll decide in a week or two. Thank you again.

You changed the formula of the cream which is not the same as I bought during my stay in Las Vegas ... neither the touch nor the scent ... In short and I am dissatisfied and more its cost about $ 40 to have it delivered the two containers and now I want to return but it seems super difficult in addition I have $$$ again ... so I pay $ 80 to receive and return the product ... worth $ 100 I am really not satisfied why not mark on your site NEW FORMULA .... the composition has been changed on this product that it is not the same thing. Great product. Amazed at how smooth the lotion makes your hands, especially in the current situation with that so much handwashing. Also my daughter who is expecting wanted some additional skin care and she love this product. Arrived very quickly as well.

Love the products. I recently had an issue with only getting part of my order. I waited for at least a week and still did not receive the rest of my order. I finally was able to get in contact with the owner who was FABULOUS with finding out the glitch. It was just a mistake that the rest of the order had not shipped. This was also during the Coronavirus which was understandable. Couldn't thank Joe enough who found the glitch asap. I received the rest of my products within 2 days.
