Hi, my wife and I have been using blue diamond since 2014 and have shopped a few times from you, from your website, been happy with the product. Last order we made in October 2020 and are not at all satisfied with the product, see no difference when we used the product. Have also tried to only treat one side of the face around the eyes and asked people if they see any difference via blind test. They can see no difference. we have been very satisfied with the product but not at all satisfied now. Helene & Peter

I received my product in a timely manner, exactly what I wanted! Would place another order when necessary.

My order was completed on 12/21 and a tracking number assigned. As of today, 12/28 the tracking says the USPS is still waiting on the package. Totally unacceptable! The reply from Forever Flawless made no sense. According to USPS they have not received the package so cannot even start tracking it yet. I am patient but it has been a week since the “record time fulfillment”. Why doesn’t the USPS have the package?
