I feel the product has changed over the last few years - and not for the better. The scent and the creaminess is different. I remember the previous order having a richness these new products no longer have. It was a luxurious feeling applying the face creams. Now the experience is no different than drug store face cream. I was very disappointed.

I never received my product. I sent you a message and you never responded. I would like to get my product or a refund please. I contacted FedEx and they told me to contact you, which I did.
