I emailed the support team and within hours they replied back with a commitment to work with their production team and get the ring delivered in time. Overall, they blew pass my expectations. The ring is more beautiful than what it looks like in the pictures. The quality is top notch, and my fiancé gets a compliment everywhere she goes, every day.
