I belive this is a scam. As with another customer I ordered back in October. As of today no new tracking. I want my money back!!! As of today I still have not received any new info on my supposed shipment

Same as the other complaints. Never received them and I ordered them in November. Will not get them by Christmas for sure. They Cusromwr Service response is bad and no shippubg updates once it get to the US. I also believe this is a scam.

SCAM: I too ordered the letter banks for Christmas and have not received them yet! Says they are sitting in Davenport Iowa!!! RUN, DO NOT PURCHASE.

Minus stars needed, my order never arrived, said it was tracked from the US to Manchester and then stopped. Can't get hold of anyone, waste of money!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM

I ordered several weeks ago and received tracking up to it arriving in Cambridge on Dec 5th but no movement since. I have my doubts that it even exists. The logistics company have told me there are production issues! I thought it was made in the USA. I agree that this feels like a scam. Just to add they eventually arrived but too late for Christmas. Not great quality either.

I waited over a month for my banks to arrive. Track g stopped in Halifax on Dec 2. Emailed and never heard a word. They did arrive today by Canada post on Dec 18. They are not as big as they show. They are alright but there’s no engraved names on them just stickers I have to put on myself. Won’t be ordering there again. Cheapos

You deserve negative stars. I ordered 4 large personalized banks for Christmas for my grandchildren. It shows tracking thru US Customs then shows it sitting in Philadelphia since November 27th. I ordered these back in October. Trying to get through to any customer service contact, seller and shipper are absolutely pointless as you get the the same email back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU NEED TO BE SUED.
