Purchased a novelty item and it was totally unusable. The package came and it was missing half of what was supposed to be there. Took photos and sent it to them requesting a refund and offered, if they sent an envelope, to send this back to them. They denied that parts were missing 'when they sent it'. Then they offered me $2USD and suggested I 'give it to a friend'. Buyer beware.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Buyer beware! I have been scammed and ripped off before but this takes the cake! Their products are absolutely garbage! Good luck trying to get a refund. I wish I had looked here before I wasted 35$ on a complete crap product. Don’t waste your money buying from this place. Complete trash product

Ritardo enorme (più di due mesi!). Pessimo prodotto, materiali scadenti non conformi alla descrizione. Prezzo troppo alto. Pacco inadeguato per proteggere un prodotto "fatto a mano" (che è tutto tranne che fatto a mano). Che dire. State alla larga. Fortunatamente ho ottenuto il pieno rimborso tramite PayPal.
