They charge top dollar for products, charge shipping rates like its 1970. $96 for a 40lb bag of product. Lowes and Amazon include it free on a $57 product not $190 plus $96. Then they write you that just boxing it up takes another week plus, they ship from the west cost. So to summarize: You pay more, they rip you off on shipping and then take forever to send it, until it's too late.

Placed an order > $200; credit card was charged immediately; 3 weeks later and it still hasn't shipped; no way to contact the company (don't answer phones, mailbox full); many similar experiences on BBB. It was the first listing on Google shopping, so it *seems* legit.

In the past this company has been fine, but the last order was mistakenly canceled by an employee named Crystal, causing me a great deal of complication and cost. When I caught the mistake and the order was reinstated, (will arrive at least 2 weeks late), they were not particularly helpful. I requested that at least an amount equivalent to shipping be refunded, but they refunded me only $15 on my $500 order which will now be only partially useful.

I was disapponted but understood when a product I ordered (listed as in stock at the time in their website) was discontinued by the manufacturer and "back ordered." But when I called and canceled that order and placed a new one with a different size of the same product (which is easily found online elsewhere,) they emailed me again and confused the canceled order from March with the new order i placed in April in the email. When I asked them for clarification on what they meant - was my new order also on back order? - they did not explain and merely canceled my new order. The woman I dealt with, Crystal, seemed very uninterested in helping. I will not order from this company again.

Before you place an order........ I decided to place an order with this company since, as a member of the CAA, they came highly recommended. I am sooo disappointed though because I placed an order and 2 days later, I called because it showed the order was still "pending" and the woman who answered said "Well, its a busy time of year and we can only do what we can" then she said "It will take 4-5 weeks" (for one small bag). I understand if you are short handed but the Oh well and nonchalant attitude she had was horrible! I hope this woman takes a course in proper customer service etiquette. Quite frankly, this is seems to be the new trend regarding professional practice or action among the members of a profession in their dealings with the very professionals that keep their business flourishing. One never knows who is actually calling your company/ordering from your company so never assume that it is some small time business that you deem irrelevant. ALWAYS be professional and make the customer feel like they are important and their order is a number one priority!
