Long time customer here. I don’t typically leave poor reviews but I’ve had it with the length of time it takes to ship what I’ve ordered. I’m running a business for profit with high accountability to customers that have issues that need to be solved promptly. To hear, “sorry we’ve been busy” when I ask where my products are, does me no good, my customers no good, nor does it do Forestry distributing any good. Do better.

Ordered from them and product never shipped. They don't answer their phone and voicemail is full. If you can get them to reply to an email even consider yourself lucky. Canceled my order and ordered elsewhere. Got my product in 2 days from further away then this company.

Wouldn't even give one star if that was possible. Placed and order and when I entered my credit card, it was declined. I tried again. Another decline. Up popped a suggestion to try another card. There was a fraud alert telling me someone tried to add my declined card to their mobile wallet. Had I used another card, what are the chances that card,too, would have been compromised? So glad I didn't try another card or I'd be without two cards. Crooks cause so much trouble.

I ordered 2 weeks ago, never received product despite when placing the order it stated that it would arrive 8 days later. The company does not answer the phone, reply to voicemails when able to leave one because most of the time the mailbox is full, nor do they respond to emails. At this point I had to order the product elsewhere and just want to cancel my order but can't even get through to them to cancel.

Do not order any product from their website. They do not ship or ship many weeks after the order was placed. I ended up cancelling my order.
