Straight forward and very professional

Howard Gelfand was not too pushy but was quite professional. I had been hounded by 3 other companies for 3-4 wks prior to receiving financing through Fordham Capital. I had lots of questions and he patiently answered them with honesty. He was reassuring in his ability to deliver as promised and in the time frame promised. He also was not just interested in my immediate needs but my long term welfare which was crucial to my final decision to go with him and his company out of the 3 offers on the table for me. Howard Gelfand is not only professional but a miracle worker. Being that our company was in a tight situation close to drowning Fordham provided an oxygen tank.
