Use Caution and watch your account!
Very professional at first as most of these reviews state. I worked with these guys several times, and each time at the end of the terms, the withdrawals would go on for days and this last time, weeks after it should have stopped. After thousands of dollars were taken from our account after the term was paid, we had to stop payments with our bank because both Howard and Rob Winston would not reply. Only once I filed a complaint with the BBB did they then reach out, and Rob continued to reply with false information and demanded I remove it if I want my refund. Use caution. Edit: I forgot the part where Rob Winston has his associate threaten me and let me know that I will not get a zero balance letter due to putting an honest review out there. Ask yourself if you want to wait 4 weeks for your refund, and on top of it they threaten to withhold a zero balance letter simply because I won't take down my honest experience. I put up a 2 star review, not 1. My review was honest, not spiteful. These guys were good to me at one time, but as soon as they knew I was not going to renew, they charged my account several thousand dollars over the amount owed. Gave me every excuse in the book for weeks before refunding, and did not UNTIL the review went up. That is when the offers started. "We will refund if you take the review down". NO. People need to know what these guys will do as soon as they've made their money. Below is the email from their associate. Chris, We’ve worked very well together for years and I would hope one lousy experience doesn’t negate all the good that we did together. That said, Rob is looking to resolve this all amicably and to speak with you. You already know how this busines works and the time will come where you will want a ZBL letter from Vanguard... Please reconsider the reviews, etc…I don’t believe one bad experience over positive ones should result in such negative reviews.

This review is completely false. Chris Hufford is the owner of Fishtopia. I have funded him 12 times inthe last two years. The last time he was funded he bounced 7 payments. I called him several times and he never answered my calls and miraculously he would then start making payments again. This happened several times. When it came time to settle up his account, there were four lag payments and a considerable amount of monies due to the bounces payments. The overage in payments was paid to him in full due to the 4 day lag and he never paid me for the bounced payment fees. We agreed he would remove the negative review if I didn't charge him over $600 in bounced fee charges as his account went into default several times.
