For Days was very quick in answering my question about an order (within the hour!). I also love their mission and products that are available. High quality, sustainable products. They have a very streamlined way to use credits from Trashie and Take Back Bags. 100% satisfied with For Days.

I ordered my 3rd bag and had a shipping issue. The first 2 orders were 100% fine (receiving and sending back the bags). But my 3rd bag never came so I opened a customer service ticket. Lakeitha was very responsive and sent a replacement bag. I thought I was about to have an issue with the replacement shipment but it finally came (and so did the original order!). Overall, I was very happy the resolution! I haven't spent any of the Trashie cash yet so anxious to see if I have shipping issues with those future orders.

I've followed Trashie for awhile and finally jumped in with a 3 bag purchase. Right after pressing Confirm, I realized my shipping address was wrong. I couldn't change the order by myself and was told writing to customer service would take 48 hours for a response (it was Sunday), but soon thereafter someone wrote to me and said they were able to change the address and all would be seamless. I was relieved and impressed, can't wait to be part of this worthy mission.

Honestly had an absolutely terrible experience overall. I ordered one pair of pants in January that did not fit due to the sizing information on the website being wrong. Well it's now May and I just got confirmation today that my new pants are about to ship. It's been months of unclear information or no responses. All that being said, I'm giving them a 5 star review for Lakeitha, who has been the only person through this whole process who has been professional, knowledgeable, and who responded quickly to my emails. I may never buy clothes from this company again but Lakeitha is a gem and good work deserves to be recognized. THANK YOU LAKEITHA.

I had purchased 2 Trashie bags. When I went to register one of my bags I got an error. I emailed support and it says it can take up to 48hrs for a response. Within an hour I had an email response. Unfortunately It took me a couple of days to be able to check out the link that was send and it didn't work. I emailed back and got a response and a fix right away.
