My parcel never showed up — it was lost for an entire month and finally I had to reach out to find out what happened. Additionally, I did a Take Back Bag... and have never heard another thing about it. It's been over a month. Who knows where all those clothes went! Also, the clothing I received was HORRIBLE quality and their exchange/return system is absolutely ridiculous and impossible to navigate.

My order was missing a sweatshirt and I was still charged for it. After a few days I have still not heard back from them and will have to resort to disputing the credit card charged. The item I did receive was great and as described but I am wary to order anything again due to the lack of customer service available.

I returned and item and still have not received a refund or confirmation of receipt that was over a month ago. Not great customer service.

I’ve ordered a few times already and every time my orders have been messed up. The customer service team is slow to replying, if at all. Whoever is shipping out these packages has hardly a clue on what to send or they are so rushed they don’t even think about it carefully. I usually get the wrong items or items are missing. The clothes are really nice but after this 3rd order, I most likely will not purchase again. Plus the return policy should be better. Only 7 days? Really? I really wanted to like them!! Sustainable clothes is where it’s at, but this is a mess.

Super poor experience. I applaud the idea; execution is terrible. Stay away.

I placed my order 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times.

I bought a t shirt from For Days and when I opened the package I was already not impressed with the sewing on the shirt. I submitted a request to return (you have to return items within 7 days which is absurd) and 5 days later my request still hasn’t been approved. I called and left voicemail messages and sent multiple emails and have heard NOTHING back. As far as I can tell there is zero customer service. I’m very frustrated with my experience with For Days and wish I had never purchased anything from them. It was a waste of my time and money.

I dont know why I keep coming back - I should just eat the fact that their t shirts and other things don't fit and stop the cycle. Their customer service is awful - not responsive and god forbid something goes wrong. For example, the post office rejected the labels on both my swap and my return because the labels provide for less than 1 lb and the items in each package weigh slightly over that. I don't hear from them for a long time - meanwhile, what I am going to do with this stuff! The quality of the clothes is not worth the hassle.
