I placed an order a month ago. There was no update after a week, so I reached out to their customer service department. Their email response was that I would receive a response in 1-2 business days. This never happened, so after another week, with follow up emails, I reached out via Instagram and was told they would follow up. That was two weeks ago. I still have no confirmation of shipment or even any update, despite them taking my money. This is a scam, and I feel so ridiculous for falling for it.

Don't do it
Don't do it. I tried the $20 bag and even contacting customer service did not make a difference.

Don't even bother
I was really excited to be able to support a sustainable brand I had been following for a while because they were having an $8 sale for memorial day. When I first went to check out the cheapest shipping they had was TWENTY DOLLARS. I dmed them on instagram asking about it and they told me they had $7 shipping, so obviously there was some kind of error there because it shouldn't cost $20 to ship clothes from California to Arizona. I ended up just adding a few more things to my cart to get the free shipping. A full week went by without any updates on my order then I get an email saying that they didn't have two of the items I ordered. I emailed back asking why it took them so long to figure that out and if something was out of stock why would I even be able to order it in the first place. It's been four days and they haven't responded yet and I just got an email saying that ONE item out of the six (I originally ordered eight things) shipped. If they really claim to care about the environment why would they be shipping my stuff separate like that. Now I'm wondering how many packages I'm going to end up getting in the mail and how long it's even going to take, it's been almost two weeks since I ordered and only one item supposedly shipped. I'm so bummed out that a brand I thought was cool and sustainable has been this much of a disaster.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. I am suppose to have closet cash and accidentally ordered because there website sucks! I tried to stop order which was to no prevail, bank account now in negative. Customer support on thru email and after it already shipped 2 days later I get a message oh we shipped already. You can return once you get it. The rompers are great BUT DEF GREENWASHING HERE! They put each clothes item in a plastic bag and ship it to you in all plastic. Leaving the consumer to recycle which we all no really does with soft plastic. Complete SCAM as a eco company to buy from and customer service is no good. Bought on two occasions, will no longer buy from this company because of the bad experience and lies to be sustainable.

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. Impossible to get in touch with them. Can't call on the phone. Website doesn't work properly and I had several issues with closet cash not working. Can't believe I wasted money on take back bags only to deal with their horrible infrastructure and cheap items. 0/10000

Really Wanted to Love Them
To start out, I really wanted to love this brand and was excited to try them out. My first order from them was a set of 10 masks, and every single one fell apart within a few months. That probably should have been a sign to me about their general quality standards, but I looked past it as it wasn’t their normal product offering.
Come this year, my husband and I both needed new t-shirts, so I ordered all new t-shirts and sweatpants for us from them, totaling almost $600. We had so many issues with them that I am probably going to forget to list some, but here it goes:
1. One shirt was missing from our order.
2. Sizing is EXTREMELY inconsistent. We both ordered multiple colors in the same style & size, and it was comical how much they varied. One would be a bit loose, while another would be so tiny that I couldn’t get it on.
3. When I returned one top for sizing, they then sent the incorrect size.
4. Two shirts came with holes in the underarms.
5. Several shirts shrank after washing. We wash all clothes on cold and air dry. At least one of my husband’s shirts shrank enough that he couldn’t wear it anymore.
6. The fabric felt very nice when we received everything, but it has not held up over time. After less than 5 months of wearing them, most of the clothing has holes (mostly along where the tag is attached).
7. DON’T BUY THEIR SWEATPANTS. The sweatpants are a nightmare - mine got a hole near the pocket within about a week, and they all shed like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Every time we wash them, at least a cottonball worth of fabric falls out of each pair. They were a nice heavyweight when we received them, and are now thin and even a bit see through in certain areas. We find fuzz from them everywhere.
We feel like we were scammed by this company’s promise of a “closed-loop” clothing system, but it’s now obvious that they make their clothing basically disposable so that you have to buy new clothes way more often than before. We have several $5 H&M t-shirts that have held up a million times better than this company’s. Suffice to say, I will not be giving this company another dollar.

Bad from beginning to end
I originally ordered the L takeback bag. I thought the concept of recycling old clothes and getting credit for something new was cool. The $20 credit was never applied to my account and I had to reach out to customer service for this to happen.
Once I actually placed an order it went out in different shipments, which happens sometimes but I wouldn't really think would be the case with a company that has limited options.
When the first part of my order arrived I received a woman's romper...and I ordered a men's t-shirt. After reaching out to customer service again, they informed me that the shirt I selected was out of stock. The tag on the item literally states "Endless t-shirts. Zero waste."
Pretty ironic seeing as how they both ran out of t-shirts and are creating waste by having to ship incorrect items back to them.
