I would not trust this clothing website. They are essentially a 3rd party distributing your clothes. How I know? My clothes never delivered and the status on the shipping website says “Label Created” two months ago now. I was patient and emailed every other week. Rarely did I get a response back, but I kept being told that they’d contact “Tourn” to see the status. Tourn is the brand of the shirts I bought. So if you don’t want to get up charged, I recommend buying directly from the brand.

Waited 10 days for the recycle bag which costs $20. Read the qr odeto register it and it failed. Write customer service and they should get back to be in10 days. I am moving I didn't have 3 weeks to deal with this

I have had a terrible time with this company. I got a Take Back bag and from the moment that QR Code didn’t work and I needed to reach out to customer service, I knew I was in trouble. There was some outage and then I tried again a week later and it worked so I sent the clothes in. Since, I am unable to see any closet cash. I have contacted customer service multiple times and THEY say they can see the cash in my account, but I can’t. So they send me links to “activate my account” and I do, change my password and I do all the things, and nothing. No closet cash. It’s been months of this going back and forth just to try to use the money from sending my clothes in on their site. It’s been awful.

I chose the ForDays take back bag to try to do my part to limit our footprint on the earth. I spent 40$ for two bags. The instructions are simple. Fill the bag, and send it. I used the QR code on the bag to get my label. Attached the label the package and dropped it off with USPO. The next day the packages were returned to me for lack of postage? The postage was prepaid on the label. So I took the packages back to the post office and this time the post office staff told me that the bag, that ForDays sent to me, was too big for the postage included on the label. I have sent ForDays several emails asking what to do next and so far I have not heard anything. I feel as if I got scammed. That I gave them 40$ for nothing. If you don't want your clothes to end up in a landfill find another company. These people are non responsive and it's not as easy as they say. It's been a real drag.

This started out being a positive experience but it has devolved over time. I’ve purchased 3 take back bags—the first bag I paid $20 for and the next 2 were purchased with my closet cash. When I went to purchase a fourth bag my closet cash was not accepted. I contacted customer service and was told that closet cash could not be used to purchase a take back bag (funny since I already had). I went onto the site to try to purchase something else with my closet cash. The items available for purchase are overpriced. I settled on an expensive tee shirt and STILL my closet cash could not be used. I give up. They can keep my $20.

I received an order and every item was either damaged, sized for a giant or sized for a toddler. It’s been 3 days of me begging for a return authorization and they keep telling me to hang tight and someone will get back to me soon. This isn’t the way you run a business. I’ll be disputing all charges with PayPal and writing reviews because they left me no other option.

Customer service is awful. There is no way to talk to a person. When you email them a problem they will email you back days later that they already did something you didn’t ask them to do that think you will like but they never asked you if you want. For me they initiated a return I didn’t ask for on a package I hadn’t even received yet which meant I had less time to make a decision on the return and get the package in the mail than I would per the policy on their website.

Really poor communication. I sent an email to return a product, and they never got back to me. When they did, they said the item was ineligible because it was a final sale, but no where was that stated. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge because their customer service is so poor. Stay away!
