Love this idea and the quality of the products!

I love these shirts, I was a bit bummed that one shirt I ordered and paid for sold out after I paid for it and I didn’t hear anything about it until I emailed help. I got all the other things in my order except this one but there was no note or email to let me know why it was missing or if there was an option to wait for more to be made or anything. Once I reached out they offered to give send another black one in its place but this happened over a week after I received the other items.

love the concept but the quality of their clothing has definitely gone down over the past year or so. It doesn't seem like I'm really getting my money's worth anymore. Seams are sometimes uneven and the newer shirts are not as thick or soft as the older shirts. Yet they still keep raising the price. It still an ok product but I wish I hadn't bought into this to begin with.

I really love the quality and general shape of the clothing. One major challenge I have is the pockets on the women's short hoodie are very shallow. They really can't hold anything, especially a phone which is kinda crucial. Also, the tank I bought is awesome but the shoulders are too wide and constantly fall off. HALP!

I love the mission but the experience I hear from friends and family of purchasing returning quality of item varies quite a bit still. Let’s tighten up processes. We’ll get there!

Great, just a few things that inhibit it truly being "zero waste". Occasionally there are plastic pieces on the tags that can't be recycled, and last time my logo mailer didn't say recyclable. It's also difficult to attach the labels to the bags sometimes without a lot of glue and tape and could use some re-designing.

Love the brand and the concept. The products are high quality. Shipping could be a little bit faster.

Overall, loving the clothes and styles and obsessed with the brand. However, the shipping takes a bit and is hard to track (might be the government & covid!). But another downside is that for some of the t-shirts, the cuts or feel end up being a bit different for different colors.
