Poor customer service
I had an appointment. Drove across town to find out that the store was closed several hours earlier due to an emergency and no one bothered to call or email me. Waste of time. Find a real clinic to use.

20/20NOW is an LLC and provides technology and software to eye care practices, it does not provide clinical services. We don't own stores. Businesses use our service and technology inside of their store. This experience doesn't even have anything to do with us. It would be like negatively reviewing Samsung to buy a tv because you went to best buy and the best buy store was closed. Clinical services are rendered by different medical professional corporations or by the doctor owners of doctor owned sites. Locations can vary from private optical stores, national retailers, and eye doctor practices. Without specific site information, we can't determine who the clinical provider even is. As such this review belongs to the location where our technology is installed.
