Ordered and paid for contacts at time of exam - 5 weeks later still not in. Visit to the location in Costco to ask status girl therer replies “I’m sorry?” I.e doesn’t understand the question going on to say “we’ll contact you when they come in”. ( like when ? Never?). Attempts to call phone number has recorded message with a promise to call me back - here we go my 3rd attempt and another 35 minutes elapse no call back disappointed doesn’t begin to describe the feelings of this customer. Highly do not recommend Appreciate the company immediate reply to my review.note that the contacts purchase is on the same receipt as my exam when I call optical to follow up they put me thru to the eye exam office and person there said they remembered sending in order. Will visit store for refund and talk with store management. The person who set up equipment and placed my face in equipment for tests is the one who took order. I’ll retract my review if I’m refunded and discover the person is Costco employee despite the fact that I’ve yet to ever receive acall call back from attempts to reach 2020now by phone

I love the show but PLEASE turn down the volume of the music!!! We can’t hear the speakers !!!!! PLEASE look into this. I want to keep watching!! Thank you !!!!

It took our office a few months to make sure Tele-Optometry was the right direction we wanted to go in. After the decision was made to go with 2020NOW, it was exciting to get all the exam equipment. Our trainer, Arielle, was extremely knowledgeable about the process and had optical knowledge that taught this old dog with 40 years of experience. We have been doing exams now with 2020NOW for 3 weeks, the COT'S and O.D.'s are all excellent, both professionally and have great chair side manner. We have been extremely happy with every step of the way and 2020NOW has been very patient with us. This will take our office to the next level of eyecare.

20/20 is absolutely great! We've been working with them for years. Our company has limited access to Dr's and techs for our vans, but 20/20 makes it seamless for us. Everything is done virtually so it makes it efficient for our business and theirs. Would recommend a hundred times over.

Working with 20/20NOW was the best decision I ever made as a business owner. We have 4 Drs available to us until 7pm 6 days/week. We take no insurance for the eye exams. Patients love the experience! 20/20NOW worked with our unique situation unlike their competitor who refused. I would recommend them to any practice having trouble finding a Dr and wanting to increase their revenue.
