FootJoyReviews of footjoy.com

Bought a pair of low rise socks. $8 and they slip off the heel! They seem to be well made but that's not enough!

ik heb golfschoenen besteld (en nooit ontvangen) bij footjoy belgie (.com) en dit is een scam website maar heeft geen aparte vermelding op trustpilot helaas dus plaats ik mijn waarschuwing hier.

Chose next day delivery but no shipment information sent to me and no item. Rubbish! I will never order direct from Footjoy again.

I tried to buy a pair of shoes. They don't have a customer support service in Spain, they don't answer to the contact form on the website and they don't answer on Twitter. A week later, I have been tricked by a similar website (fjespana.com) that is taking advantage of the poor service of the original one.

Ordered in Germany on a german site with german impressum and my order got shipped from UK. Ordereed 2,5 weeks ago and still no tracking via DPD possible, so seems that my package is still in customs. Never ever again!

No customer service! Waited 35+ minutes and finally gave up. They took the money for the order last week and still haven't shipped. If I can ever get my money back, never again.

Terrible customer service. Keep you holding for >30 minutes and never respond to email. They just lost a customer

Horrible support. No one ever replies to requests. Can't return a pair of pants because the shipment still shows as shipped and not delivered despite having these for two weeks now. Will never order from again.
