Two separate orders. Both never received shipping confirmation email or tracking. Had to message on both orders to finally get the to send email for shipment. Website won’t give any shipping info when entering email and order number. As big a company as footjoy is, your website ordering system is horrible!!!

Only manufacturer that sells waterproof extra wide golf shoe, hence the purchase! The leather cracked after 13 months, now the heel stitching has come off on both sides. Positives are that the shoe is comfortable to wear and is waterproof. The pointed shape does not suit the most common foot shape. Do not buy hoping it will last! Hope Footjoy improves the quality and shape of the shoe

I’ve been a long time customer of Footjoy and my most recent experience will keep me loyal for years to come. I recently ordered a windshirt and paid for expedited shipping. At the time I forget it was a US Holiday weekend so the timing of when I wanted to product to arrive was an even tighter delivery window. I contact FJ customer service and they made sure the delivery happened in time for my trip. Excellent service and follow through. Thank you!

In mei 2025 heb ik bij Jumbo Golfwereld Veghel een paar FootJoy premium golfschoenen gekocht voor ongeveer €250. Na iets meer dan een jaar normaal gebruik is er een gat ontstaan in de zijkant van de schoen, doordat het leer is gaan scheuren. Dit verwacht je niet bij een A-merk in dit prijssegment. Samen met Jumbo Golfwereld heb ik hierover een klacht ingediend bij FootJoy. Na weken wachten kreeg ik via de winkel te horen dat FootJoy dit afdoet als “gebrek aan voldoende onderhoud”. Met andere woorden: geen garantie, geen coulance, geen oplossing. Voor een merk dat zelf claimt achter de kwaliteit van zijn producten te staan, vind ik deze reactie ronduit teleurstellend. Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik FootJoy golfschoenen niet meer aan. Voor deze prijs mag je een veel betere levensduur én een professionelere afhandeling van klachten verwachten.

I spoke to chrissy about a pair of golf shoes i bought from my golf club that was damaged she not only went out of her way helping me she phoned me back more than once then sent me a new pair free of charge i love them and will definitely be buying again customer service top class

Wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible. I have had footjoy my whole career (over 20 years) my first pair lasted at least 7 years they were amazing. I bought 2 pairs of the hyper flex boa on Christmas 2024. I have wore both maybe 20 times and the inside is all ripped and they won't help at all. They told me "sounds like the show is too big or too small that's why it is ripping"... What? Spend over $300 a pair at golf town and footjoy says too bad. I will never buy another pair of footjoy.

Linkshänder-Frauen-Handschuh auf der 1. Runde nach 8 Bahnen kaputtgegangen. Riesendiskussion mit dem Customer Service, am Ende keine Erstattung. Ende vom Lied, einen Kunden verloren, Srixon, Callaway & co haben einen gewonnen. Wird man verschmerzen können, ich aber auch:-)

Leider verarscht worden Ich hatte eine Reklamation mit einem Golf Handschuh Erst bekam ich eine Antwort das die Golfbälle in Ordnung sein. Beim 2ten Versuch verstand man das es sich um einen Handschuh mit Bild handelte und stellte einige Fragen. Die habe ich alle beantwortet und bekam dann die Antwort das die Reklamation gerechtfertigt ist aber sie nichts machen da sie ein Großhändler sind. Ich solle zum Händler gehen.😩😩
