SCAM
I ordered a jersey on October 9th. Everything was seemingly going well. The tracking was updating properly and everything was going smoothly. Until October 29th where i noticed the shipment tracking was no longer updating. I contacted them via email and they gave me an excuse saying it was because of the holiday season when the holiday season wasn’t for another month and a half. When i raised my concerns about the shipment not updating, they ended up sending me the same link to the same tracking info i already had access to. They didn’t solve my problem at all. I’ve tried to contact them through phone and all i get is a voicemail (and i do call at reasonable hours.) As well, my card ended up getting hacked not too long after this purchase. Long story short though. I still have not received the jersey and it is now November 18th. Its been 40 days. Still nothing. I’m highly disappointed because this was supposed to be a birthday present. I feel bad that I had them excited just for them to not even receive it. I don’t recommend ordering from here. As well if you look at any reviews for other soccer websites, their reviews are just as bad. I say if you want to order a jersey try to really do your research. I did prior to ordering, and the reviews on here were really good seemingly but don’t let that fool you. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Save your bank accounts!
