Footbal WorldReviews of footbal-world.com

I bought a athletico madrid football jersey from them. It took 60 days to arrive and when it did it was a fake jersey. It looked so fake makes since why they took 2 months to send. I paid £60 for a knock off £5 jersey. Don’t ever use this website

Have not received my order and no response from customer service

Ordered a jersey and a couple days later on March 28th, tracking information was provided. It showed that the jersey was coming from China via post. After about 2 weeks it finally makes it to the US into customs. It was there another week. Now the package is lost in the system and I am not getting much help from Football World. All in all, the experience has been terrible. Not really expecting much help from Footbal World at this point. It all seems very shady / scammy.

The wrong item was sent.

I ordered a jersey on October 9th. Everything was seemingly going well. The tracking was updating properly and everything was going smoothly. Until October 29th where i noticed the shipment tracking was no longer updating. I contacted them via email and they gave me an excuse saying it was because of the holiday season when the holiday season wasn’t for another month and a half. When i raised my concerns about the shipment not updating, they ended up sending me the same link to the same tracking info i already had access to. They didn’t solve my problem at all. I’ve tried to contact them through phone and all i get is a voicemail (and i do call at reasonable hours.) As well, my card ended up getting hacked not too long after this purchase. Long story short though. I still have not received the jersey and it is now November 18th. Its been 40 days. Still nothing. I’m highly disappointed because this was supposed to be a birthday present. I feel bad that I had them excited just for them to not even receive it. I don’t recommend ordering from here. As well if you look at any reviews for other soccer websites, their reviews are just as bad. I say if you want to order a jersey try to really do your research. I did prior to ordering, and the reviews on here were really good seemingly but don’t let that fool you. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Save your bank accounts!

Item never showed up. Site never responded to my concerns.

I still haven't received it over a month later.
