Never used card, they automatically renewed me, when I complained and tried to cancel, they gave me a hard time, they claim they notified me, obviously went to spam. DO NOT JOIN THIS, YOU'LL REGRET IT

WHEN I ASKED FOR THEM TO REFUND ME FORA CHARGE THEY REFUSED, THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS A SHAM.

This company is a fraud. Their goal is to automatically charge your card and hope you just accept the charge. When confronted, rude and obnoxious people. STAY CLEAR OF THE FOODIE CARD. The automatic renewals are BS. If this is the method you have to go through to maintain customers, get in a different business.

I never ordered this card but was charged for it twice. They charged me again this year and I reported it to the company. Instead of quickly refunding my money they hassled me. I had to report it to my credit card company as fraud still waiting on my refund. Do not buy this card they are not easy to deal with. Very difficult to cancel.

There staff are RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE. I did not renew and they charged me any way. Instead of working it out they sent NASTY emails and were very rude.

Rothmans steak house refused to take off 10% on my final bill. $22 dollars. I was surprised because if I came back with the $22 credit, I would certainly spend more than $22. I fi never came back, they would not lose any money. In theory, Use of the card is to entice people to try new restaurants, great for business. Rothmans doesn’t get it. Poor business decision. Maybe someone could explain their rationale for not returning the 10%. My opinion is that they didn’t want to use the card when solicited. Jeff Byrne 516-503-3425
