FoneGeekReviews of fonegeek.com

Yet again, a 100% positive experience using Fone Geek, Edenderry. Louis was fantastic. He communicated directly with the person I was supporting who has an intellectual disability. He was so respectful, helpful and fun and the client was delighted with the whole service. Well done Louis - a fantastic Ambassador for Fone Geek. We have been using Fone Geek since it opened and have always had an excellent experience. We'll be back!

Excellent customer service, Louis was very helpful when it came to picking out a phone for me. Great banter with him as well, lovely guy and very helpful.

Give great service, fixed my iPhone 13 properly give me a screen protector.

great service

Quick and relieving experience. I downloaded the software on my PC, was a little unsure about purchasing the 1 month package, I had an iphone 8 that turned on but the screen was completely unresponsive and so I could not unlock the phone. When I opened it it gave me an option to unlock password and without paying it worked! I pressed the buttons it told me to while having my phone connected to the computer and not only did it unlock my phone but somehow the screen started working! (Not sure if that was the software or not). Overall very good experience.

I usually don't write reviews, but this time, I felt compelled to share my experience. I initially tested the trial offer, which worked well, prompting me to proceed with the one-month purchase. However, I encountered an issue after buying it, and instead of accepting the loss, I contacted customer service. Natalie promptly responded, resolved the issue, and now it's working perfectly. I highly recommend their service.

Was in the shop couldn't decide between two phone the staff were so helpful and explained what the difference was... really helpful very nice to deal with will definitely recommend them...
