Jesse was very helpful in finding an alternate flight. He was awesome. Flight delay is sometimes unavoidable and not under anyone's control. However, people like Jesse make customers comfortable in the circumstances. 5 stars to KLM and Jesse.

I had great customer service with Sage White, she was so helpful in get was so helpful in explaining the process and got me a great deal on my flight, I will be using this Agency in the future.
I received the customer service that I asked for and was able to get done in a reasonable amount of time , MS. Sage White was professional, and she explained every important detail! I can appreciate good customer service!
