It took me 40 mins. to book a flight. with Marcus Park Although I tried to book online for $40 less I was unable. He was very helpful but took much longer than expected as I needed a same day flight. Also, I was not aware that I was not booking directly thru southwest, this was a little off putting that I had to sign documents prior to receiving a conf. #
